One Little Word 2013
Happy New year!!! I have mentioned before that instead of a list of resolutions in the beginning of the year, I have taken on the one word concept introduced by Ali Edwards. I have kept up at this since 2007. This years word came to me a couple of weeks ago when I was in a funk and I told my self I just needed to let what was bothering me go. Then the sermon at church on New years eve, "Left behind" solidified it for me. Time to do some releasing. In some aspects of my life this is long over due. I created a graphic this morning that I will print out and keep on my desk at work, one to hang up at home and one to scrapbook.

I haven't had a chance to post it on my blog yet, but my OLW is release (or let go) as well--releasing the "shoulds" in my life, clutter, people pleasing, extra weight, and maybe the same 'do I've been wearing forever! Best wishes in 2013!
Great word! Good luck with it in 2013. I don't do resolutions anymore either. My word for this year is ENERGY. I need more energy to do all the fun things I want to do!

I am not sure how everyone will be using their word throughout the year, but i can image Release would be a great word for destressing. Good Luck
