I created two sets of head bands (One black and one animal print) per person and a set of pony tail holder for my niece.
For the headbands, I cut a piece of ribbon at 22 inches and knotted the ends together. I used some glue to secure the knot and burned the end of the ribbon to help prevent any frayed ends.
Stretch ribbon from Hobby Lobby, glue and lighter.
Again, this was quick, easy and cute. Can't wait to hand these out.

Supplies: Scarf, Iron on letter (I has some left over from a previous project) and a towel.

This particular style takes about 5 minutes to create and could yielded endless possibilities.
1. Clear ornaments- Micheal's on sale for 40% off
2. Garland- Leftover from previous year
3. Beaded necklaces- Dollar Tree
4. Misc ribbon and stickers
Open the top of the ornament ans fill it with your recipients favorite color beads and add some garland. Pop the top back on and tie some pretty ribbon. It is that easy. Ta-Daaa.

I love, love, love this time of year. It is so warm and magical. It is also the time of year when the kids and I hang our advent calander and start our count down activites. It my favorite tradition in our home.
This also marks the beginning of the 12 days of a handmade Christmas series on the blog. Starting tomorrow, I will share one hand made a gift a day.
Let the fun begin!
